Originally from Invermere and having lived in Alberta most of her life Charlene and her family made the move from Calgary to the beautiful West Kootenays in 2013 , eager to embrace a lifestyle where she could truly live where she plays.

After running two successful small businesses in the region, she has cultivated strong ties within the local business community. Equipped with over 20 years of experience managing her own revenue properties, 6 years as a licensed Property Manager, and 3 years as Associate Broker for Century 21 Kootenay Homes (2018) Ltd, combined with her diverse background in Social Services, Security, Construction, and Transportation she has a unique perspective on property management.
